SharpSpring is looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Client Onboarding Manager to join our team in Gainesville, FL (or remotely). Our Client Onboarding Managers guide our new SharpSpring Partners through a robust setup, activation, adoption, and training protocol during their first 60-100 days on the platform. The primary goal is to develop partners that are poised for amazing business growth through the full utilization and adoption of the SharpSpring Marketing Automation platform to drive their SEO and SEM.  The knowledge you will cultivate, aggregate, and disseminate is the key to growing successful businesses and will continue to pay dividends for them and you well into the future. 

 

The Opportunity:
  • Deliver a seamless handoff from sales to onboarding
  • Assist Partners with the initial activation and setup of their SharpSpring instance
  • Guide Partners through the strategic marketing and sales decisions that must be made to deliver a successful implementation and integration
  • Help translate marketing initiatives and outcomes into the SharpSpring platform
  • Educate customers on the values, key features and benefits of Marketing Automation
  • Maintain and improve Partner engagement with the platform
  • Communicate best practices for different aspects of the marketing automation process
  • Respond and resolve Partner concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Track and document the full length of the Partner onboarding process
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Communicate professionally and effectively through verbal, written and video communication

 

What We’re Looking for in our Future SharpSpringer:
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in customer  preferably with a SaaS company
  • Marketing-minded and value-conscious
  • Be a natural teacher and influencer
  • Pride themselves on communicating clearly and concisely communicator
  • Possess superior time-management skills
  • Be a ridiculously organized person
  • Be growth-minded and constantly learning
  • Like to deconstruct, prioritize and problem-solve complex systems and processes
  • Be a self-starter who is used to and enjoys working autonomously
  • Be collaborative and team-oriented
  • Have proven experience building relationships with, and managing professional accounts
  • Posses a helpful and friendly demeanour
  • Demonstrate prior successful experience working remotely
