Blockstack is known for its world class talent and now looking to expand its recruitment team as we enter a new phase of growth. We’re seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help identify, attract, and retain best-in-class talent. This role is ideal for an empathetic, highly motivated individual with experience in building and scaling an efficient hiring process while driving full-cycle recruitment for a broad spectrum of roles, including niche technical talent.This role will report to the Head of Legal and Operations. 
What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate and update our current process to ensure a scalable, diverse, thoughtful recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates
• Own full-cycle recruiting functions at Blockstack, creating a healthy pipeline of inbound, sourced, and referred leads for the highest quality talent
• Cultivate Blockstack’s employer brand
• Hands-on recruit (source and screen) for a number of roles simultaneously
• Leverage and manage outside recruiting resources as appropriate
• Develop internal training as needed to ensure the team is equipped to evaluate and bring in world class talent
What We're Looking For:
• Experience building diverse, healthy, talented, top-tier organizations
• You have worked in-house at a quickly growing tech company with demonstrated • history of improving the speed and quality of recruiting
• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally with exposure to, or focus, on technical recruiting
• Experience designing and successfully implemented internal interview training
• Experience leading employer-branding initiatives
• A relationship builder who’s comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and connecting with a diverse range of talent
• Empathetic and effective communicator
• Highly adaptable, responding well to changes and calibrations
A bonus if you have:
• Experience working with highly technical products
• Experience working with and hiring for globally distributed teams
