We are seeking a Portuguese Speaking Salesforce Business Analyst to work on a contract basis.

 

Duties/ Responsibilities 

  • Gather and document user requirements to develop a project strategy with external stakeholders
  • Assist in UAT and understand what is needed for successful implementation
  • Communicate with C-Suite level resources about project challenges
  • Ensure solution meets the requirements and expectations of the business 
  • Ability to prioritise business needs in implementation based on budget and scope 
  • Monitor deliverables and keep and ensure projects are being completed on time and on budget 

 

Required Skills/Experience

  • Salesforce Certifications - Must have at least the Salesforce Administrator plus Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certifications
  • Have at least 2 years working with the SFDC Platform  
  • Business level Portuguese speaking (written and verbal)
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Must be authorised to work for any employer in the UK
