Ownership for sales efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Ownership of revenue tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.)
Ownership of proper lead routing, management, metrics, and policies
Dashboards & Reports for tracking metrics from leads, discovery calls, opps, and more
Planning & Analysis for Sales Territories, headcount requirements, and compensation
Tooling & Processes around Forecasting for new, upsell, and renewal business
Integration with cross-domain tools to Marketing and Customer Success Tools
Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems
Develop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives
A passion for learning, moving quickly, solving problems, & use data to make decisions.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of sales operations
Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise selling SaaS tools
Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
Software - SaaS and B2B experience preferred
Self-starter, disciplined, coachable, adaptable, and self-aware
