As a Country Manager, you will be spearheading Xolo’s push towards establishing strong relationships, awareness and country-specific product initiatives within the Spanish market. Xolo’s Spanish Country Manager position is a unique and exciting opportunity to help grow Xolo’s presence in the region, enabling thousands of solopreneurs, independent professionals and digital nomads to move towards a more individualized model of entrepreneurship. Your task would lead Xolo’s local expansion in Spain and serve as the focal point for Xolo's new and existing product development initiatives in the region.


To get things done, you will collaborate closely with our senior management, marketing, product development and customer support teams. You will fit seamlessly into our startup-esque environment if you are self-driven, curious, collaborative, take responsibility for your tasks and are comfortable delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

At Xolo, you will

  • Lead Xolo’s local expansion in Spain and serve as the focal point for Xolo's new and existing initiatives in the region.
  • Build strong relationships with entrepreneurship, technology, business and vertical trade media and influencers in Spain. 
  • Effectively represent Xolo in Spain as a key spokesperson in events and media interviews, including live broadcasts.
  • Work closely with Xolo’s product team to execute new product changes and features to maximize the impact on the Spanish market. 
  • Identify and build relationships with strategic partners on Xolo’s behalf to ensure continuous growth in the Spanish region.
  • Collaborate with Xolo’s compliance, finance and legal support while planning and executing local strategies.

You are the one we are looking for if

  • You have at least 3+ years prior experience in launching new products and building growth strategies from the ground up. 
  • You have the ability to execute and think at a high level about product strategy and marketing growth initiatives.
  • You have prior experience in building strategic relationships with key players and partner networks in the Spanish market.
  • You have an analytical approach and experience in data-driven decision making.
  • You’re a highly-skilled communicator (native level in Spanish and fluent in English) — both written and spoken.
  • You have the necessary business regulatory and legal knowledge of Spain to ensure operational success. 
  • You are self-motivated and comfortable operating and leading autonomously while working in a cross-functional team in a remote setup. 
  • Previous experience as a freelancer (autónomo) in Spain is highly beneficial. 
  • You have a fierce competitive spirit and drive to see Xolo win in the local market.
