This role is a key position to help managing and improving active business operations. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate a "can do"/"will do" mindset by supporting our customer's sales operations. We're talking about someone that enjoys engagement with people, craves for freedom to execute and has tons of grit and a deep desire to learn.
You would need to be operationally focused, have a flair for giving people support and amazing experiences, and be an enthusiastic problem-solver.
Process management and results: You'll be a protagonist of the day-to-day management of our customer's business operations - delivering on agreed metrics for efficiency, quality, and timeliness. As you will be fully immersed in the process - we expected you to own and execute processes in addition to being in a position of endlessly optimising them.
Community Support: As a key influencer to our community of cloud pros, you will help develop sales squads, support them, and guide them to achieve their full potential. You will be resolving the toughest of issues from customers and ensuring that our cloud squads constantly performs at a high level.

- Currently enrolled in a University
