Since 2016, Saleswhale AI Assistants have been deployed in over a hundred mid-market and enterprise teams. We are a Series A, 20-person startup funded by Y Combinator, Monk’s Hill Ventures, Wavemaker, and GREE Ventures.
We are looking for a superstar Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), to be part of our exciting 2021 growth initiative. You will be responsible for educating the market and generating interest with our ideal customers.

  • Work closely with the Saleswhale Sales Team to generate qualified opportunities and drive revenue.
  • High volume prospecting to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads.
  • Follow an account-based approach to identify all decision makers and key influencers within (prospective) clients organization.
  • Contact (prospective) clients through cold calls, emails, social outreach and Saleswhale. (Yes, we drink our own Kool-Aid!)
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Present the value of Saleswhale to (prospective) clients
  • Schedule meetings between (prospective) clients and Saleswhale Sales Team.
  • Self-starter who has desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Cold Calling/Emailing
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Proficient with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
Must be proficient in the English language
This position will work US hours
