Interdax is a next generation digital asset trading platform built with institutional-grade technologies. Our team comes from top HFTs and exchanges like Nasdaq and NYSE, as well as from well known firms in the blockchain space.

In this role you will you will be responsible for creating and executing Interdax’s content strategy across all our communication channels, including our social media, blog and website. You will own the success of our communication efforts and drive activities leading to new customer/client acquisition with the goal of turning fans into customers, and customers into advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Become the voice of Interdax, setting an appropriate tone in all communications.

  • Manage all external communications content.

  • Build a solid content strategy based in industry trends on news/social media.

  • Engage daily with users on channels like Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.

  • Be the gatekeeper of all content going out to users and the public.

  • Coordinate/collaborate with Interdax’s PR agency on press releases and crisis communications.

  • Monitor campaign performance using social media and analytics tools.

  • Support internal teams with content curation, distribution and engagement.

  • Work with the design team to develop compelling design artifacts and campaign materials.

  • Develop Interdax's community program and maintain editorial calendars.

  • Recruit, build and lead a world-class communications team.

  • Ensure that our content complies with legal/regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and finance industries is a must.

  • 5+ years developing highly engaging content for social media.

  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form.

  • Expertise with social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Docs.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking and organizational planning skills.

  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to translate complex industry-specific information into palatable content.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.

  • Experience in a leading mass media publication with FinTech focus.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • You demonstrate the Frontastic platform (architecture and functional scope) and participate in follow-up sales meetings to discuss and finalise technical questions with our customer tech teams and/or CTOs
    • You take responsibility for all technical questions in the sales team
    • You perform hackathons and proof of concepts workshops together with partners and customers
    • You educate and empower developers who want to build on Frontastic through technical content, including sample applications, presentations and blog posts
    • You give customers support in the development of the overall architecture including other involved systems and the migration strategy
    • You develop convincing customer-specific answers in the technical part of requests for proposal and specifications
    • You may speak at meetups and conferences with a focus on Germany

    WHO YOU ARE

    • You reside and work in Germany
    • You have good writing and communication skills in German and English
    • You’re an experienced software developer, you have written and deployed a production application more than once. Experience with React, Atomic Design Patterns and Service Oriented Architectures are a plus.
    • You understand that there are always trade-offs between different software architectures and are able to discuss requirements and solutions without with openess and respect.
    • You’re experienced in the e-commerce field
    • You understand customer requirements and problems and are able to translate them into product features
    • You can relate technical benefits and constraints of a platform to business requirements and are willing to embrace problems by non-technical shareholders and incorporate their requirements.
    • You have an open and honest personality with a good sense of humour and a confident appearance
    • You’re good at networking and getting in touch with others quickly
    • You have a well-structured working style and are used to managing many projects at the same time.

    Please note: this role does involve a substantial amount of travel (up to 50%) mainly within Germany and beyond in Europe.

    • You are a content machine. Owning blog, social, and email content as well as aiding in the distribution of this and video content

    • Develop media partnerships help widen our distribution to new audiences
