POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an analyst to join our team to help support the exponential growth of our Life Sciences business. The perfect candidate will be someone eager to learn and help us transform the prescription drug industry. As an analyst in our Life Sciences business, you will have the opportunity to embed yourself as a key member of the organization, supporting our product and client services teams. In this role, you will be responsible for owning analytics projects leveraging both client and internal data to deliver insights that drive client decision-making.  Additionally, you will have a key part in driving the evolution of our life sciences product suite, defining how we can better use data to differentiate Truveris in the market and supporting the build of our enhanced reporting platform. This role requires someone with a strong analytical mind, endless curiosity, a passion for telling stories with data, and meticulous attention to detail. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help design and implement TruInsights 2.0, our revised reporting platform, in collaboration with the product and development teams. Understand client questions and determine the best ways to answer them with analytics and visual charts

  • Support client delivery teams with analytical expertise as they look to design and implement programs

  • Support client delivery teams with regularly scheduled analytics, including support for quarterly business reviews and monthly reporting. When relevant and possible, train client delivery teams to pull the report themselves

  • Identify opportunities for new analytical and data visualization offerings, and work with product and development to implement them

  • Create and lead internal trainings and case studies on analytics for cross-functional partners

  • Identify ways to make analytics process more efficient and effective

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience an analyst role 

  • Experience working with complex data sets

  • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry a plus

  • Experience getting up to speed and contributing to projects on a short timeline

  • Able to summarize complex ideas and data into easily communicable concepts; passionate about data visualization

  • 2+ years of Tableau, Looker or other BI tool development experience 

  • Knowledge of SQL required 

  • Knowledge of Python, R or other data science tools and/or experience with Redshift, Apache Spark a plus

  • Passionate about changing and improving the healthcare industry for all stakeholders and willingness to challenge convention and question the status-quo

    About the Role

    As a Data Scientist on our Labs and Data Science team, you will work on data analytics and machine learning projects and be involved in solutions from ideation through research and prototyping up to feature delivery-including data quality measurements and improvements. You will rely on your Scala and Python coding skills to analyze a large amount of media data and build machine learning models. You will use Spark, SageMaker, S3, and ElasticSearch along with your machine learning and NLP skills and apply it to social media, news, blogs, broadcast, and other media sources to empower our users with key insights based on real-time analysis.

    The Catch Company is looking for a Data Engineer to support our Analytics team. The Analytics team is looking to grow and improve our analytics tech stack to enable smarter and faster business decisions, automated processes, and personalized customer experiences.

    In this role, you will own the development and maintenance of our analytics tech stack and will be instrumental in identifying and implementing new technologies and tools to support our goals. While we already have a robust analytics / business intelligence ecosystem in place, we believe the right Data Engineer can push our team to become industry leaders in enabling smarter decision-making and personalizing our customer experience via new technologies and approaches.
