Frontastic is looking for an Agile Coach (f/*/m) as a full-time employee or freelancer. We're a remote-native company currently operating in the Europe/Berlin timezone.
As an Agile Coach you're responsible for setting up and maintaining a progressive and demanding working environment for all Frontastic staff and teams – full-time employees as well as freelancers. You have a background in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or are an experienced IT team lead. You're communicative and love to support tech teams as a solution-focused lateral leader.
This isn't a junior position, which doesn't mean that you must have worked in this role before. Ideally, you should've already gained leadership experience yourself. In any case, you're aware of the unique challenges that remote working environments offer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll support the people and teams at Frontastic in the joint development and maintenance of a working environment that allows self organisation AND true leadership, (solution) focus AND innovation, diversity AND common sense
You'll work as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, mentor or coach – whatever the given situation demands
You'll implement feedback cycles that help the people at Frontastic improve the way they collaborate, for example by facilitating team and company retrospectives
You'll act as a mediator in personal or team conflicts
You'll support the People Leads in staff development, trying to find a good match between the personal skills/preferences and the skills required for the team/company
You'll act as a sounding board for the management team, forecasting the effect that new principles, rules, processes or structures may have on the people at Frontastic
You'll actively drive the change that inevitably happens within a growing high-tech company
You may speak at meetups and conferences
WHO YOU ARE
You reside and work in Europe
You have already worked as a Scrum Master, Agile / Lean Coach or People
Lead in a multi-team environment
You have the attitude and skills to survive in a complex and highly dynamic environment – and you know how to grow this attitude in your co-workers
You have good writing and communication skills in English, geared to a wide range of target groups – including tech teams, management, and customers
It would be helpful if you already have experience remote working

HOW WE WORK
We're a remote-first company with regular in-person meetings. We make intensive use of tools like Slack or video conferencing. We try to find a good balance between focused work and communication or in other words between asynchronous and personal communication. We don’t have fixed expectations regarding working hours and it's normal for us to be able to take care of private matters during the day - e.g. visits to the doctor or picking up children from school.
For this particular job we are offering to pay between 60.000 € to 100.000 € based on experience and skills. Optionally you can get Virtual Shares from our Virtual Shares Options Program AVSOPB as part of your compensation. In addition, we offer 28 vacation days. Since we currently work from 9 different countries (and counting), it's very difficult to offer consistent benefits beyond that. But we're always open to suggestions.
