      About You

      You have between 5-10 years experience with B2B SaaS in a customer success role. You have domain expertise in the CRM industry and/or you have frontline sales experience of at least two years that you can rely on to act as a trusted sales advisor for our customers. 

      You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You have demonstrated the ability to manage and grow relationships with your customers and share best practices with a team of success managers.

      You are someone with high emotional intelligence, having the ability to understand and empathize with the needs of others. You have a friendly, but strong demeanor. You must be located in North America and available to work normal U.S. business hours. You should have experience working in a startup environment; remote work experience would be a plus.

      About the Role

      We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be the main day-to-day point of contact for your customer relationships. You will own the client relationship and be charged with maintaining and growing revenue while delivering a high-level of value to our customers. 

      We are looking for an outstanding relationship-builder who can leverage every resource available to our customers, with a combination of technical and sales aptitude, and experience managing the entire customer journey.

      What you'll be responsible for...

      • Own a dedicated group of customer relationships and be responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle including training, adoption, expansion opportunities, retention and renewals

      • Become a subject matter expert in our platform and our sales philosophy

      • Problem-solve at a high level with your customers on sales process, efficiency and automation, data integrity and knowledge of best-in-class integrations

      • Provide your customers with valuable insights to help them achieve their business objectives including pulling reports, analyzing data, and understanding what it means and why it matters to your customers

      • Develop success plans and drive quarterly business reviews at the executive level

      • Develop cross-functional relationships at the user and executive level across multiple internal teams and brands.

      • Work closely with Success and Sales teams on seamless customer transitions

      • Execute at a high level to achieve goals around retention, growth and customer satisfaction

      • Host in person customer events, visit customers in person, quarterly travel required

      About the Role

      This is a fully remote role, we will consider applicants based in North America or Europe. Our Engineering team is having a blast while delivering the most sophisticated crypto-trading platform out there.       As a key member of the Security team, you will work with various teams on application, infrastructure, corporate security and everything adjacent.       Core Infrastructure plays a fundamental role in both our on-premise infrastructure and our efforts to upgrade infrastructure towards AWS. As an infrastructure engineer you will be part of implementing the infrastructure to support the continued growth of Scribd's foundation.     • The Customer Engagement Manager role is the first of its kind at Later.       Summary/Objective

      Instant Teams is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic remote Channel Development Manager (CDM) to join our growing Company. The CDM will be responsible for our ground-floor partner program for aggressively growing sales at Instant Teams.       About Product Growth Analytics at CircleCI

      You will be a member of CircleCI's data science and analytics team reporting to our director. The data science and analytics team is focused on improving our product experience and building a data-driven product culture.

      You will be embedded into CircleCI's growth practice. The growth practice is four teams spanning Product and Engineering. Each growth team is led by a product manager and supported by an analytics lead (that’s you!).

      Growth teams deliver measurable improvements to our product experience. To do so, they collaborate across CircleCI’s entire organization, including product, design, and marketing as well as application and data engineering.

      What you’ll do:
      • Be a brilliant analyst: Turn business problems into research plans. Leverage data from the data lake, data warehouse, third parties, and source systems. Work confidently with clean and messy data. Aggregate, clean, and explore. Soundly use statistics and probability. Tell compelling stories. Build impactful visualizations. Present insights to peers and executives. Drive action and outcomes. Turn repetitive analyses into dashboards.
      • Lead analytics for a product team: Partner with product managers. Brainstorm ideas, experiments, hypotheses, and roadmaps. Collaborate to fully understand context, needs, vision, and outcomes. Ask smart questions. Set team goals. Define, document, monitor and forecast KPI. Perform root cause analyses on key metrics. Define requirements for developers to improve data instrumentation.

Focus on activation, monetization, engagement, and retention. Identify customer characteristics and behaviors. Improve segmenting and cohorting.
      • Leverage a growth toolkit: Define the models, paths, and loops of growth. Identify and prioritize opportunities for incremental improvements. Work in cycles of build, measure, and learn. Define, implement, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments. Educate stakeholders on statistical validity. 
      • Build a growth practice: Scale success. Celebrate fast failure. Mature from one-off tactics to repeatable processes. Define best practices. Embrace not just quantitative, but qualitative; not just analytics, but creative thinking. Define requirements for data engineering to improve data, automation and analytics capabilities. 
      What we're looking for:
      • Three years of analytics experience: At least three years of analytics experience. Prior experience in an analytics role specifically focused on product or growth is highly preferred
      • Experience at a high-growth company: Analytics experience with high-growth businesses. Ideally, those with well-defined, product-enabled funnels and complex, high-volume customer flows.
      • Technical education: A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance).
      • Proficiency across analytics tools: Deep experience with analytical SQL queries (e.g., inner/left/right joins, CTEs, and window functions). Some experience with scripting within a notebook environment, preferably using Python, Pandas and Jupyter. A desire to grow your modeling, machine-learning, and data-science skills. Familiarity with basic statistics (e.g., distributions, experiments, significance testing, and linear regression).  Experience with a major analytics/visualization platform (e.g., Tableau or Looker). 
      • Proficiency across growth tools: Productive with growth tools. Specifically a product or events analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude or Segment) and an AB testing tool (e.g., Optimizely or  VWO).
      • Right soft skills: Passion for data, discovery, and problem-solving. Curious; confident; open to questioning assumptions and being questioned. Effective communicator across technical and business audiences.  Able to manage stakeholder expectations and work with hands-on executives. Entrepreneurial; fast-moving; able to balance vision and execution; and not easily discouraged. Instinct for value, and focused on the incremental.

      Job Description

      In this leadership role, the Director of Digital Technology is responsible for spearheading technology strategies and development efforts while building long-term customer relationships within a growing consulting services company.

      Hands-on, seasoned technical professional who contributes to the technical vision of Intevity and its clients, and confidently leads Intevity’s enterprise clients through digital transformations.

      Fulltime leader responsible for supporting new business development, maintaining technical excellence across engagement projects, and growing and leading an outstanding technology development team in a fast-paced agile environment.

      Responsibilities and activities are varied but include:

      Client Engagements:

      • Lead and define technology / development / platform engagement objectives, strategy and approach while developing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders

      • Act as a hands-on solution architect and technical lead for client Engagement teams; with the ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently

      • Evaluate technologies and advise on technical challenges and risks, costs and benefits, and alternative solutions

      • Communicate technical concepts, platforms and architectures, and solutions to clients in a compelling manner

      • Lead, oversee and define best practices for technology and platform solutions, technical and quality standards and developer processes, and web and platform development using reusable software components of Fortune 500 clients

      • Evaluate and recommend new technologies on a regular basis to maintain technical excellence and development efficiencies both for internal use and to better service enterprise clients

      • Drive, oversee, and provide thought leadership for technology and development, internally and externally through social media engagement (Intevity blogging, LinkedIn, Twitter), speaking at industry events, one-pagers, and white paper authoring

      Leading, Managing and Mentoring:

      • Natural ability to coach, lead and mentor team members (e.g. technical leads, developers) and managers—with an emphasis on aligning their strengths and passions to Intevity business strategy and providing constructive feedback and support

      Qualifications

      • US Citizenship is required due to the nature of our commercial and government projects

      • Must live in Northeast, USA

      • Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience working with enterprise clients, including at least 5 years in a leadership role leading technology and development, and the creation of outstanding technology solutions within software applications

      • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem-solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident public speaking/presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

      • Deep understanding of software architecture, full-stack development, and platform solutions to leverage contemporary IT technologies to create best in class solutions and lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development and production of solutions that exactly meet client business objectives and goals

      • Comfortable and experienced with multiple modern front-end and back-end technologies (Examples: AEM, Sitecore, SFDC, Redis, NoSQL, React, GraphQL, AWS / Azure), as well as infrastructure and build automation technologies 

      • Comfortable and experienced with web services and backend web platforms such as Adobe AEM and Salesforce 

      • Deep exposure to all aspects of modern web application architectures, visual design, and mobile web development

      • Highly motivated, with a proven track record of building and expanding accounts with enterprise clients

      • Natural leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities

      • Ability to manage multiple business initiatives 

      • Ability to work in a remote, distributed environment and travel as needed to client locations
