What would you do?

* Work closely with Partner Success Managers to create customized plans and micro-scholarship programs for our college and university partners, support their goals and drive urgency 
* Develop plans for college partner meetings by researching partner relationship history, micro-scholarship programs, and enrollment goals 
* Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to successfully implement, QA, and activate partner programs 
* Develop analytical and storytelling ability by building custom dashboards and strategic business reviews with RaiseMe and partner data 
* Ensure that Salesforce contains accurate account details and contact information for partners, and is updated regularly based on new information 
* Manage and respond to inbound requests from current partners in a timely manner 
* Identify opportunities to improve our product offering based on deep knowledge of our students’ and partners’ needs 
* Work with the team on conference planning; prepare meetings and presentations, and assess attendee lists 
* Have the opportunity to grow into a full account management position as a Partner Success Manager at RaiseMe with career development and progression

Who we are looking for:

For the Partner Success Associate role, we are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a client facing higher ed role (working in an admissions office is a plus). We are looking for candidates who are hungry to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment and who have a proven track record of success in their past roles and experiences. We are open to remote candidates from anywhere in the US, but candidates from San Francisco, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut are preferred.

    What You'll Do:


    You will be responsible for customer and prospect communication across all Formstack products. You will play an active role in developing messaging, optimizing open rates and click ratios, and improving email campaign influence.


    This role will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to align email communications with the marketing team’s content calendar and ensure email deliverability to the proper customer and prospect segments.


    The ideal person for this role is an organized communicator who can prioritize messaging and maximize customer retention.


    How You Will Succeed:


    Manage the creation and distribution of compelling email communications for various audiences and customer segments, including newsletters, product announcements, bridge campaigns, and sales promotions

    Oversee daily email operations to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time

    Measure effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and recommend tests to optimize email marketing efforts

    Plan, test, maintain and evolve multiple complex nurture based marketing campaigns

    Segment email lists and develop systems for nurture campaigns to various audiences

    Optimize emails for deliverability, open & click rates, conversion, etc.

    Help monitor and QA our email operations, including deliverability monitoring and other program coordination as required

    What We Are Looking For:


    1-3 years of email marketing experience

    Experience writing and editing email marketing content

    Strong skills writing and troubleshooting HTML and CSS for a variety of devices

    Understanding of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and other email compliance practices

    Experience with a CRM or Marketing Automation Software

    (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot a plus)

    Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive actions

    Excellent planning, organization and time management skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Excellent verbal and composition ability

  • We are looking for a seasoned SaaS marketing professional responsible for top-of funnel growth. Your primary focus will be generating leads by orchestrating a wide range of marketing measures from e-mail marketing, outbound sales to selected inbound marketing tactics. As part of the core management team you will also be responsible for the overall marketing and brand stratetgy as well as all public relations activities. You are a jack of all trades and are used to hustling for double-digit monthly growth!

    Your tasks

    Develop and implement various marketing initiatives to generate leads – a ton of leads each month:)

    Grow our email list organically

    Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends

    Optimize our marketing automation, A/B testing and entire lead nurturing processes

    Establish analytics reporting to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

    Educate external and internal sales team about our USPs, core features and their exact benefits for clients

    Develop product landing-pages and marketing materials

    Your profile

    Proven track record of driving growth in customer base for a SaaS start-up

    Can do attitude – modesty is not your strong suit!

    Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions

    Comprehensive understanding of e-mail marketing (incl. metrics) and marketing automation technology

    Good understanding of the various paid marketing channels and technologies Google AdWords, Retargeting and LinkedIN

    Good understanding of WordPress, Optimitizely and Analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel etc.)

    Analytical and able to derive meaning from analytics data (e.g. A/B testing)

    Experience identifying and managing creative resources – everything from design to PR
