As an individual contributor, design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions for our SaaS platformCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality featuresWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practicesConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersEnable various capabilities across the cloud using technologies like AWS Lambda, Github Actions, and related automation solutionsActively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesMentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learningStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsOther Job Duties

B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or significant relevant experience3-5 years professional experience developing software at a Software Product CompanyA strong customer mindset and passion for user experience, you are energized by solving customer problems and designing solutions with the customer in mindProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NetExperience with web technologies, APIs, and microservices architectureExperience with Nunit, Xunit, or comparable unit testing framework.Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, or AngularFamiliarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQLExperience with Bitbucket and/or GitWorking knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformGood problem-solving skills and keen attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsTeam player with sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred Experience, Certifications and Skills

Experience in healthcare domain Basic understanding of HL7 interoperability standardsExperience developing and supporting a distributed software system in productionThe base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $105,000-$115,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
