Us developers at EWN are a diverse group of people who all share a common love of programming and community. If you were to stick your head in our office or, more likely, open our "watercooler" slack channel, you will find us discussing anything from the latest Marvel movie, to rock climbing, to chicken rearing, or to family activities. We love to keep up to date with the latest releases and advances of the software we rely on. We are always refactoring old code and looking for new open source projects that we can use to improve our products. We strive to create a positive environment for all team members. New members are given resources and time to acclimate to our workflow. Anyone can ask questions and no one is ever made to feel stupid for doing so. You won't find any hostility or negativity in our conversations or meetings. We can be passionate about the software we create, but always are friends throughout our programming process.
